I tried this before under a different name - Non Smoking Society. I filmed myself, face and all, talking about putting down a habit I'd carried for years. My friends found the channel before strangers did. They laughed. Not cruelly - just enough. I deleted it inside a week and lit another one.
This time you won't see my face. Every craving, every bad night, every small win is still mine and still real. Staying off camera isn't hiding - it's what lets me finish the sentence. I might show myself later. That isn't the point yet.
The comments are the other half of it. You tell me I'm wrong, or that you feel it too. I'm in there with you, and what comes up gets picked up in the next one.
